SIGNS AND SYMBOLS OF THE DEVILS

Let’s be aware of our environment. God said that the god of this world is Satan. He is indeed. You can see his signs and symbols in our everyday life: logos of many manufacturers and products, signs and gestures use by many people especially prominent personalities, symbols you can see in churches, buildings, and on images. Satan is the great deceiver and many people were deceived because they would rather read and search and or focus for things that is of worldly instead of searching things about God or read the love letters of God –the Scripture.

Check out these different symbols:

Dagon-it is a fishlike symbol. Dagon is the chief god of the Philistine. Anything that you can see which is a fishlike symbol is a symbol of Dagon and is of pagan and of course belongs to Satan. Examples:

Sun – Sol Invictus is the sun god of the Romans and a patron of Roman soldiers. You can see this sun symbols in flags, product logos, halo on the head of images, and or anything that is of round with some kind of ray designs around is a sun symbol.

Crescent Moon – symbol of Muslims or Islam which is not of our God and is of Satan.

Pentagram -Hexagram -eyes of Horus-Freemason symbols All seeing eye just like in the dollar bill. The Swastika, Nazi, the Seal of David, but actually it’s Solomon’s seal and not David. Remember that David was God’s favorite, so that seal was of Solomon’s who became pagan because of his pagan wives.  God symbol during the time of Moses was the Lampstand in the Holy place called Menorah  which was also used during the time of David. The number is 7 which is the number of God.

Let’s go to the hand gestures that is symbolic of Satan:   lot of famous personalities use these symbols. Men specially are fond of using those sign symbols when taking photo. The last hand sign symbol which we can see in Jesus Christ images means the symbol of peace, but it’s not of peace, and it is not the face of Jesus. Noticed the halo in his head and check out the hand sign with that of Baphomet hand sign feature below.

This is Baphomet- originated from the Knights of the Templar as their deity. The pictures depicted almost all symbols of Satan and hand signs, too. He is also tantamount to Pan-Greek god of sexual perversion. The Baphomet is a hermaphrodite, perhaps, the reasons why LGBT is growing in numbers with majority of a male than a female, because his sign is everywhere.

You can find several satanic symbols on logos such as Starbucks-fishy image; Coke –pentagram; Vodafone, Google Chrome, Shell, Caltex, Mitsubishi, etc. (there are so many of them).

Did you know that beads are also of pagans? Pagan religion is of Satan. There are some religions who use prayer beads. Example: Buddhists which affected many Asian countries such as Japan, Korea, China. Hindu such as the Sikh. Muslims, Orthodox, and Roman Catholics, too. Listen when they pray together using the beads, it is babbling. This is what the Lord had said about repetitive prayers just like using prayer beads. In Matthew 6:7

7 And when you pray, do not keep on babbling like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words

Those are but, few things about symbols and signs of the devil that we should be aware of, and get rid of, if we can.

Now, we know why Satan is the god of this world with his signs and symbols and in music all over, his power over man becomes more evident. This paved way for the coming of the Lawlessness in 2Thessalonians 2:3-10,

Don’t let anyone deceive you in any way, for that day will not come until the rebellion occurs and the man of lawlessness^a is revealed, the man doomed to destruction. 4 He will oppose and will exalt himself over everything that is called God or is worshiped, so that he sets himself up in God’s temple, proclaiming himself to be God. 7 For the secret power of lawlessness is already at work; but the one who now holds it back will continue to do so till he is taken out of the way. 8 And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord Jesus will overthrow with the breath of his mouth and destroy by the splendor of his coming. 9 The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with how Satan works. He will use all sorts of displays of power through signs and wonders that serve the lie. 10 and all the ways that wickedness deceives those who are perishing. They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved.

BEST LEGACY FOR OUR CHILDREN

A lot of parents would consider EDUCATION as the best legacy they can give their children. It might be one of the best legacy but, for me the best legacy we can give our children is FAITH. Why faith? Look at the promises of God below:

Proverbs 3:1-3

Proverbs 3:1,"My son, forget not my law; but let thine heart keep my commandments:  Proverbs 3:2,"For length of days, and long life, and peace, shall they add to thee. Proverbs 3:3," Let not mercy and truth forsake thee: bind them about thy neck; write them upon the table of thine heart:" "So shalt thou find favor and good understanding in the sight of God and man."

Deuteronomy 6: 6-9

 

6 These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts.

7 Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.

8 Tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads.

9 Write them on the doorframes of your houses and on your gates

 We all want success, peace and joy in all aspects of our life and which are the promises of God to every human being as stated in the verses above. Every parents do their best to give the best for their children for them to receive a happy , peaceful successful future life.

 

Most of us are thinking that it's through education that our children can have a successful future.  The parents is the foundation of the family. Everything should starts  from them. As parents, we need to take the initiative and present our faith to our children. They should give the children an enduring sense of security and stability nurtured in an environment of safety and love. This can be done by parents who walk with faith in God. If you as parents knows the words of God  and pass it to your children as your legacy, you will never worry about their future, because you will know that God will always finds a way for them to have an amazing life.

 

THE STORY OF CALEB -FROM BOOK OF NUMBERS

Caleb was one of the spy who looked into the land of Canaan to see how the land was. There were actually 12 spies dispatched by Moses to explore the land promised to the Israel people. However, 10 of them spread a bad report about the land. Only Joshua and Caleb brought the good news and was strong in faith that they can have the land.

The Reports of the Spies :

⁷ They gave Moses this account: “We went into the land to which you sent us, and it does flow with milk and honey! Here is its fruit. ²⁸ But the people who live there are powerful, and the cities are fortified and very large. We even saw descendants of Anak there. ²⁹ The Amalekites live in the Negev; the Hittites, Jebusites and Amorites live in the hill country;and the Canaanites live near the sea and along the Jordan.” -that was the report of the 10 spies.

Because of that bad news the Israel people grumbled against Moses and Aaron.

^14: 2 All the Israelites grumbled against Moses and Aaron, and the whole assembly said to them, “If only we had died in Egypt! Or in this wilderness! ³ Why is the Lord bringing us to this land only to let us fall by the sword? Our wives and children will be taken as plunder. Wouldn’t it be better for us to go back to Egypt?” ⁴ And they said to each other, “We should choose a leader and go back to Egypt.”-Numbers 14:1-4

Then Caleb silenced the people before Moses and said, “We should go up and take possesion of the land, for we can certainly do it.”-that was the only positive report.

^{5 Then Moses and Aaron fell facedown in front of the whole Israelite assembly gathered there. 6 Joshua son of Nun and Caleb son of Jephunneh, who were among those who had explored the land, tore their clothes 7 and said to the entire Israelite assembly, “The land we passed through and explored is exceedingly good. 8 If the Lord is pleased with us, he will lead us into that land, a land flowing with milk and honey, and will give it to us. 9 Only do not rebel against the Lord. And do not be afraid of the people of the land, because we will devour them. Their protection is gone, but the Lord is with us. Do not be afraid of them.”So, the promised of God to him : Numbers 14:5-930}

The Lord answered their prayer, however with conditions to those who grumbled against God.

 ^{20 The Lord replied, “I have forgiven them, as you asked.21 Nevertheless, as surely as I live and as surely as the glory of the Lordfills the whole earth, 22 not one of those who saw my glory and the signs I performed in Egypt and in the wilderness but who disobeyed me and tested me ten times— 23 not one of them will ever see the land I promised on oath to their ancestors. No one who has treated me with contempt will ever see it.-Numbers 14:20-23}

However, to Caleb who trusted in God, this was what the Lord said:

²⁴ But because my servant Caleb has a different spirit and follows me wholeheartedly, I will bring him into the land he went to, and his descendants will inherit it, says the Lord.Numbers 14:24

Corinthians 5:7 says, "For we live by faith and not by sight"

Most people look at things by sight and not by faith. These are some negative things that people say when faced with  obstructions on their plan or desired dreams: I cannot do it; I don't have money  for it; that cannot be done; that is impossible; and all the negative things that they see in fullfillment of their dreams and plans.

Sometimes  it takes a leap of faith to do the first step and have God to work with your plans by praying and trusting that He will make you realized your dreams. Some people say that God answers, Yes, No or Wait. I tell you God, never answers No to a prayer request. . Di ba sabi ni Jesus,"

"Whatever you ask in My name, that will I do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. ". John 14:13-14

However, there is a condition. (of course hindi din naman tayo hihingi ng bagay na makakasama sa ating kapwa-it should be in line with God's command),

⁶ But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. ⁷ That person should not expect to receive anything from the Lord. ⁸ Such a person is double-minded and unstable in all they do.James 1:6-8

When we see obstructions along the way to our desired plan, we tend to get away with it and changed the plan. Normally people trust in the power of the people and not seen the power of God, just like those Israel who had seen the power of God in their life, but still failed to trust in Him.

Look at what happened to those who grumbled: They were not left by punishment.

³³ Your children will be shepherds here for forty years, suffering for your unfaithfulness, until the last of your bodies lies in the wilderness. ³⁴ For forty years—one year for each of the forty days you explored the land—you will suffer for your sins and know what it is like to have me against you.-Numbers 14:33-34

Take note that every sin has it's equal punishment.

CONCLUSION

So, the story of Jacob taught us that we should look things by faith and not by sight. That every sin we committed there is an equal punishment. You may be forgiven, but still are not free from punishment.

Warning from God Part 2

This was a follow up of my last message sent to you.

Leviticus 26:1-2

 

1 “ ‘Do not make idols or set up an image or a sacred stone for yourselves, and do not place a carved stone in your land to bow down before it. I am the LORD your God.

2 “ ‘Observe my Sabbaths and have reverence for my sanctuary. I am the LORD.

 

This was His message which was just a repetition of my previous email on different verses. God keeps on repeating this message to us which I sent to you specially to those people who has not come to know God yet. God is reminding again. If you are reading my message , you will know how many times I have shared this message of God, about IDOLS.

 

Lately maraming nagjoin at dumadami each year ang nkikijoin sa Quiapo novena ng black nazarene. Dun mo makikita kung gano kapowerful si Satan sa buhay ng tao sa kasalukuyan.

 

And, since your focus is on Idols, then it follows talaga that people will forget about Sabbath. They will just keep on doing anything that would please themselves and not to please God. Sana  maopen po ang mata at isipan bago mahuli ang lahat sa buhay ng sinumang makakaunawa ng mensaheng ito.

1 Chronicles 22:19

"Now set your heart and your soul to seek the LORD your God; arise, therefore, and build the sanctuary of the LORD God, so that you may bring the ark of the covenant of the LORD and the holy vessels of God into the house that is to be built for the name of the LORD."

 

Remember that God is honor and bow down in spirit and in truth not though use of images.

 

WARNING FROM GOD

Isaiah 5 is word of the wrath  of God and a prophecy of a very terrible things to come because people turned away from Him.

That was the message of God. I keep on sending email about righteousness and introducing God in Jesus name to you. God said that if you heard it now, act on it now. I, who have been sending you the message is  no longer accountable to you.

Isaiah 5:11  Woe to those who rise early in the morning to run after their drinks, who stay up late at night till they are inflamed with wine.  
12  They have harps and lyres at their banquets, pipes and timbrels and wine, but they have no regard for the deeds of the LORD, no respect for the work of his hands.

The verse above was where my eyes was focused  as I contemplated on His message.

This is very true in our environment. We know a lot of people who are like this. Mahilig sa pagiinom, pumupunta ng mga bar or ano mang gigs and enjoy the music while drinking (bato bato sa langit tamaan huwag magalit)

Madalas pa ang ganitong gawain ay ginagawa sa araw ng Lingo, like town fiesta or any celebrations. God only needs one day of your time. Hindi naman whole day yun. If the day of God ay hindi pasok sa schedule mo, you must have to allot a day for Him, which would be anyday.Di ba nga that was His 4th commandment:

It begins, "Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy" (Exodus 20:8, KJV).

Remember that worldly people love worldly things. They enjoy that things that please themselves and not things that please the Lord. Sabi nga ni God, ang mga tao daw ay nagpupunta sa plaza which means mga mataong lugar like malls, pasyalan, movies, etc .instead na  ibigay ang araw na yun para sa Kanya. These people were drawn away by the worldly spirit (which is of the devil/Satan) from our true God.

Isaiah 5 20  Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter. 

A very good example of this is  wrong relationship: married man to single woman and vice versa, married man and married woman, same sex relationship. Madalas ang nagiging rason natin ay ganito:" kung saan ka masaya, go for it".  Marami nito ngayon and very much out in the open.

21  Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes and clever in their own sight. 

There are a lot of people today specially those who has high positions in a company or government who are very proud and arrogant, because they are in a high positions.

22  Woe to those who are heroes at drinking wine and champions at mixing drinks, 

Those who enjoy drinking. Tuwing may kasiyahan na may inuman ay lagging naroon at nakikipagkasiyahan. Inuubos ang pera sa ganitong  Gawain instead na itulong sa kapwa ang ginagastos nila ditto.

23  who acquit the guilty for a bribe, but deny justice to the innocent. 

This is not only true in the word sense of justice, but also  on our environment . Minsan sa isang taong "meron" (moneyed), you would normally agree to whatever things he/she do even to the extent of hurting other people.

24  Therefore, as tongues of fire lick up straw and as dry grass sinks down in the flames, so their roots will decay and their flowers blow away like dust; for they have rejected the law of the LORD Almighty and spurned the word of the Holy One of Israel.

If people continues to turned away from God, they will be no chance for them , but to decay. Decay in alive body.

Sins and Punishments

No one is free of sin. Not even the great men of the Bible. Everybody is not free from the the snare of the devil. See their stories below:

MOSES

He was chosen to be the leader of the Israel people to flee from Egypt to the land of Canaan. Remember that he killed an Egyptian to save the slave Jew. One day, when he saw both Jews were fighting, he tried to stop them.However, one of the Jew who saw what he did to the Egyptian whom he killed, said to him that would he also kill him.He could rather passed it unnoticed, since he was living in the protection of the Egyptian pharaoh. However, knowing that he was a Jew himself and so he escaped to Midian. Moses gave his life for others.

That might be the reason why he was chosen by God to lead the Jewish people.

The Sin of Moses and the Punishment of God to him

While travelling on the desert the Jews were complaining and keep on rebelling, because they have no water. Therefore, Moses talked to God on what to do. So, he did as God told him to struck the stuff so that the bitter water of Meribah  become sweet so water will be able to drink by the Jews. However, instead of striking the staff only once , he struck it twice with anger and God get angry of what he did. In Numbers 20:12

12 But the LORD said to Moses and Aaron, “Because you did not trust in me enough to honor me as holy in the sight of the Israelites, you will not bring this community into the land I give them.”

So, the punishment, Moses will die before he could enter the promised land -Canaan.

DAVID

He was favored by God because of his trust in Him. So, he was given power to kill the gigantic Goliath of Philistine. He was anointed king by God and made him a great ruler. However, David , too committed a great sin which made God angry.

The sin of David and his Punishment

In 2 Samuel 12:9-12

9 Why have you despised the commandment of the Lord, to do evil in His sight? You have killed Uriah the Hittite with the sword; you have taken his wife to be your wife, and have killed him with the sword of the people of Ammon. 10 Now therefore, the sword shall never depart from your house, because you have despised Me, and have taken the wife of Uriah the Hittite to be your wife.’ 11 Thus says the Lord: ‘Behold, I will raise up adversity against you from your own house; and I will take your wives before your eyes and give them to your neighbor, and he shall lie with your wives in the sight of this sun. 12 For you did it secretly, but I will do this thing before all Israel, before the sun.’”

The son from that fateful union with Bathsheba died. His daughter Tamar was raped by her half brother Amnon, who himself was later killed by a full brother toTamar ,Absalom in revenge. Eventually Absalom was killed following his attempted rebellion against his father’s kingdom.

SOLOMON

Solomon was the son of David to Bathseba. He was made great king of God because when God asked him what he wants, Solomon(12 years old that time) asked for wisdom rather than material things and power. God was delighted from his request. The wisdom endowed to him by God made him great and known to many neighboring countries. However, Solomon, too committed sins. In 1King 11

11 Solomon loved many foreign women. Besides the daughter of the king of Egypt he married Hittite women and women from Moab, Ammon, Edom, and Sidon. 2 He married them even though the Lord had commanded the Israelites not to intermarry with these people, because they would cause the Israelites to give their loyalty to other gods. 3 Solomon married seven hundred princesses and also had three hundred concubines. They made him turn away from God, 4 and by the time he was old they had led him into the worship of foreign gods. He was not faithful to the Lord his God, as his father David had been. 5 He worshiped Astarte, the goddess of Sidon, and Molech, the disgusting god of Ammon. 6 He sinned against the Lord and was not true to him as his father David had been. 7 On the mountain east of Jerusalem he built a place to worship Chemosh, the disgusting god of Moab, and a place to worship Molech, the disgusting god of Ammon. 8 He also built places of worship where all his foreign wives could burn incense and offer sacrifices to their own gods.

Solomon, disobeyed God when he married several foreign (foreign if not considered from Israel clan)women. He turned away from God and worshipped the idols of these foreign women. So , God brought him so many enemies that took away his kingdom from him until  he died.

ABRAM – ABRAHAM-iba ang kay Abrahm. WHY?

Why was Abraham chosen by God? Abram was the son of Terah who was the chief officer of mighty king of Babylon,Nimrod who was an astrologer(reading future through star gazing) and a pagan believer. One day, he read that the son of Terah would be a threat to his kingdom. So, he ordered Terah to bring him his son to be put to death by the king. However, Terah took the son of a slave, gave it to King Nimrod and saved his son and wife into the cave and stayed there for 10 years.

As Abrahm sees the outside world, he was thinking that there was a great God who created the universe and everything, and that it’s foolish to worship the sun, moon or everything that was created by a great God.

        Buti pa si Abraham , narealized niya na hindi dapat sumamba sa mga nilikha ng Dios, pero ngayon ang napakaraming tao sa mundo ay nabulag sa pagsamba sa mga nilikha ng Dios na tao na ginawan ng rebulto.

The sin of Abraham

However, even Abraham, the great father of Israel did not escape the snare of the devil. When he and Sarah went to Egypt , they disguised to be brother and sister for fear of their life. so, they lied to the king of Egypt, Abimelech. However, this time God keep Abraham and did not do any punishment.

Remember, God had a covenant with Abrahm-that he will be the father of many time nations. Instead, God  punished the Pharoh for  Moses to realize his mistakes. Sometimes God has to intervene to fulfill his promise and plans.

CONCLUSIONS:

We have learned that in every sin we committed there is an equal punishment. Remember that God is a Just God. Therefore, whether be it big or very small, all sin has an equal punishment. This is the way of God for us to be polished, until we learned from our mistakes and strainghtened our path to righteousness. But, some people specially those who do not know God yet, do not realize this. Some people accused God for their sufferings.

When we suffer setbacks in our life, let’s contemplate and think deeply why these things are happening. What have you done to deserve such punishment? Did we not committed a sin against God? Remember that any sin we do is committed against God, not to the person , but to God.

Galatians 6:7 

Do not be deceived: God is not mocked, for whatever one sows, that will he also reap.

FORGIVENESS

FORGIVE US OUR SINS AS WE FORGIVE THOSE WHO SINNED AGAINST US. That’s how Jesus taught us in our prayer. How can we be forgiven, if we do not know how to give forgiveness to others.

I know how these victims of human violations of the Martial Law felt.  Wallowing in the past would make them chained to it and will not be able to move on with peace and joy. God said, “Vengeance is Mine”.Haven’t the Marcoses felt  the most humiliating and embarrasing  eviction from the Malacañang Palace which was a news worldwide?

I remember the Martial Law under Marcos regime. He made people believed of a drama (bombing of Plaza Miranda is one)in the politics and declared the Martial law.  People said he won the second time because of fraud and there was alleged used of government funds to support his candidacy. From then on he ruled the country under martial law for almost 10 years. Even he lifted up martial law he still  retained some of his powers.

I recalled student activists marching in different areas of Metro Manila with  band on their head  or on their wrist. Most of the time if the marchers was along their  way to school, there will be no classes. They would gathered and marched near university belt, open places where there were many people  like the Avenida Rizal, Mendiola, Liwasang Bonifacio and the Commonwealth or the Circle in Quezon City.  I recalled one time while the jeepney I was on  passed by the Liwasang Bonifacio(my school was at Lyceum Manila), there were firetrucks throwing tear gas on the rallyists. I also experienced having witnessed the student activists rallied along Avenida Rizal and they were shouting and making noise barrage. It was indeed true that these student activists or rallyists were joined and spearheaded by KMU-Kilusang Mayo Uno and other NPAs group.

That’s how chaotic and horrifying  Manila was. There were news blackout and you can only watched and heard good news of the government programs.People voices were mummed. You’re only response was to follow the law of the Martial law regime. Death of government antagonists were not featured in newspaper or in television. You will hear news about famous people, students  detained for  subversion which you will learned through hearsay. There were news of torture and mass killing . It was so appalling, if that was the right term.

I hope and pray that these people can move forward with their life without bitterness by forgiveness. Breaking the chains of the past will make a joyful peaceful life , have they only realized.
